Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://impactpavingandsealcoating.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Impact Paving and Seal Coating markets and arranges Sealcoating, Parking Lot Striping, Line Striping, Speed Bump Installation, Pothole Repair, Driveway Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://impactpavingandsealcoating.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Impact Paving and Seal Coating or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Impact Paving and Seal Coating disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Impact Paving and Seal Coating arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Impact Paving and Seal Coating from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by KY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in KY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. Impact Paving and Seal Coating may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
